Keysight Technologies

On August 1, 2018, Keysight introduced the MX0100A InfiniiMax micro probe head. The MX0100A is the smallest and highest performance solder-in probe head on the market, optimized for probing modern high-speed devices.

Electronic devices are continually shrinking, resulting in smaller test pads and narrower pitch spacing. This makes signal probing access a continual challenge for modern electronic technologies. The Keysight MX0100A InfiniiMax micro probe head is designed specifically to access small geometry, high density target devices. The probe head is made out of flex printed circuit making it light, flex, small, yet highly usable/reusable. The solderable lead wires of the MX0100A ensure a secure connection to the DUT. The 4-mil diameter lead wires can be adjusted to accommodate targets from 0 mm to 7 mm apart.

The MX0102A soldering tool kit offers useful tools and accessories needed to make customer’s soldering job easier. The MX0103A bullet adapter provides an extra adapter for use with the micro probe head.
