Software Update

Due to system configuration issues with 89600 VSA software version 22.00 running on Keysight instruments and PCs, Keysight has released a hotfix version 22.01 on April 11, 2017 to allow customer download.

Issue Report: Some components with VSA software version 22.00 may not be installed properly on instruments and PC controllers especially when “Windows Update” is disabled. When this occurs, the 89600 VSA software will crash during the startup at the point in the boot process of “HiSLIP Enabled” message.

89600 VSA software version 22.01 works properly in Keysight signal analyzers and oscilloscopes systems. Please use 89600 VSA software version 22.01 to correct these issues.
