Description
The 5363B Time Interval Probes permit digital measurement of rise times and propagation delays using an electronic counter’s start and stop input channels to calibrated accuracies of < 1 nsec. The 5363B features two high impedance, low capacitance time domain probes (1 Megohm, < 15 pF) that minimize circuit loading. Trigger points for each channel can be manually set or programmed for +/- 10 V either slope.
