Description
The HP / Keysight 5334A is a two-channel, 100 MHz Universal Counter offering 9-digit resolution in one second gate time and 2 ns single shot time interval resolution.Standard measurements include, frequency, period, risetime, fall time, pulse width, and peak amplitude. Options include a digital voltmeter, a high-stability time base, and a 1.3 GHz C-channnel.
