Description
The HP / Keysight 5315B Universal counter measures signals over a range 0.1 Hz to 100 MHz and with Option 003 Channel C input range extended up to 1 GHz. The 5315B measures frequency, period, time interval, time interval average, time interval hold off (delay), ratio and a totalize function. All measurements except totalize are displayed in scientific notation with up to eight digits of resolution.
