The Tektronix DC510 comes with 350 MHz on both A and B channels, 3.125 ns single shot resolution, 9 digit display, 1 ps resolution with averaging and auto or selected averaging to 10 ^8. The dc 510 also offers duty-cycle independent autotrigger, DVM mode for displaying trigger level setting, and shaped A and B channel outputs. Hystersis compensation, probe compensation, high stability oven time base.
