The 7S14 is a dual channel delayed sweep sampler which contains both the vertical and horizontal functions in one unit. Adjustable sensitivity on both traces is provided. The 7S14 operates with oscilloscope-like nomenclature for fast learning time. Delta time measurements are achieved using the two moveable markers. Rise time is rated at 350 ps or less, delaying sweep ranges are 10 ns/div to 100 ?s/div while the delayed sweep generator ranges from 100 ps/div to 100 ?s/div.
