Rohde & Schwarz NRVZ202 Power sensor is based on diode detectors with 20dB attenuator. Measure true RMS power from 10nW to 1mW. For sinewave signals, the measurement range extends up to 500mW. Shorter measurement times than thrmocouple sensors.
