The Keysight Low Noise Power Source are a new generation of power supply/sources offering 6.5 digit best-in class-precision, wide bipolar output ranges of 100nV-210A & 10fA-10.5A, and an extremely low noise floor of 10 µVrms and 1nVrms/√Hz (at 10 kHz). The B2960series low noise power source also offers innovative features such as graphing capability and arbitrary waveform generation capability (10 mHz-10 kHz), which enable tests and evaluation that conventional power supply/sources cannot do.
