Description
The Keithley 230 Programmable Voltage Source has a voltage range from 199.95mVDC to 101VDC with three selectable current limits allowing the user to tailor the current limit from 2mA to 20mA to 100mA. The Keithley 230 has 100 memory locations for storage of programming source, I limit and dwell time. The 230 can be used with any measurement system that uses the IEEE-488 interface bus.
