Description
The Keysight E8244A Performance Signal Generator offers accurate characterization of products and eliminates the need of an external amplifier for testing high power devices. The E8244A provides 20 dBm at 20 GHz and +14 dBm with option 1EA, reducing overall equipment and test costs. The E8244A operates from 250 kHz to 40 GHz. The superior level accuracy of the E8244A (+/- 0.7 dB) reduces test uncertainties and improves production throughput. The standard unit has phase noise performance of -85 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz offset and -110 dBc/Hz at 20 kHz offset and a 10 GHz carrier. Option UNJ provides improved performance of -98 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz offset and -110 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and a 10 GHz carrier.
