The Keysight HP E4411A is a used Spectrum Analyzer with a range of 9 kHz to.1.5 GHz. The Keysight ESA-L1500A (Keysight E4411A) portable spectrum analyzer has been discontinued. It has been replaced by the Keysight ESA-E and ESA-L series spectrum analyzers.
