Description
The Keysight 8756A is a Scalar Network Analyzer. The 8756A uses 11664-series detectors and 85027-series Reflectometer Bridges. The 8756A contains an independent gpib controller designed to control an 8350B Sweep Oscillator mainframe and 835xx-series RF Plug-in.
Available modulator outputs permit the use of 8340/8341-series synthesizers for enhanced frequency accuracy. The system operates from 10 MHz to 40 GHz, depending upon detectors and bridge selected. It has three channels for independent or ratioed measurents over a 60 dB dynamic range. The 8756A is suitable for performing scalar measurements of components or networks.
