The Keysight 8745A, S-Parameter Test Set, covers 100MHz to 2GHz range and has 50 ohms impedance. Operates as a wideband RF power splitter and reflectometer with calibrated line stretcher. Makes either forward or reverse transmission or reflection measurements. Use with 8410 Network Analyzers (available separately).
