The Keysight 8673A Synthesized Signal Generator, with a frequency range of 2GHz to 26GHz, this generator will cover those high frequency requirements. The RF output is constantly variable from +1 dBm to -120 dBm with an output impedance of 50 ohms. Spectral purity is excellent on this generator and phase-locked loop responses are optimized to allow the 8673A to exhibit the lowest possible single-sideband phase noise. It is programmable from the front-panel or a rear HP-IB connector. The generator is capable of both AM and FM modulation internally. The unit also features internally leveled pulse modulation and microprocessor-enhanced control facilitating digital sweep.
