Description
The Keysight 8553L RF Plug-In is for use with 8552A IF Section Plug-In and 140S or 141S Display Section. Covers frequency range from 1kHz to 110MHz with ± 0.5 dB frequency response over entire range. Input impedance of 50-ohms. Sensitivity is -120 dBm (1kHz IF bandwidth), -110 dBm (10kHz), and -100 dBm (100kHz). Fifteen calibrated scan widths from 200Hz/div to 10 MHz/div in a 1,2,5,10 sequence. IF bandwidth: 3 dB bandwidths of 50, 100, 300Hz and 1, 3, 10, 30, 100, and 300kHz.
