Description
The Keysight 8406A Frequency Comb Generator is used to calibrate frequency and output characteristics of instruments which display the frequency domain such as Spectrum Analyzers.Selectable comb fundamental frequencies of 1 MHz, 10 MHz, and 100 MHz (accuracy of ±0.01%) plus the ability to generate harmonically related signals usable to beyond 5 GHz.Output and interpolation amplitude level is continuously variable by a front panel control. External modulation and trigger capabilities. Type N female connector, source impedance of approx. 50 ohms.
