Description
The Keysight RF plug-in provides a 8.0 to 20.0 GHz broadband coaxial swept frequency source for the 8350B sweep oscillator mainframe.
The 83550A is also equipped with a source module interface that allows it to be used as a microwave driver for the 8355X series of millimeter-wave source modules.
