Description
The Keysight 54753A is a used and refurbished Single Ended Plug-In Module that provides a 20-GHz channel and an 18-GHz channel for the Keysight 86100A Infiniium DCA.The Keysight 54753A plug-in has a built-in TDR step generator. The addition of the second vertical channel provides capability of performing single-ended TDT measurements as well as TDR measurements
