Measurement resolution of 1 part in 10E+10 per second of gate time.It has a ±100ps single shot time interval resolution with 5379A Plug-In. With 10536A Plug In adapter, it accepts 5245 series Plug Ins. Price is for basic unit with 5365A Input Module only.
