Description

The Keysight 44711A FET Multiplexer is a 24-Channel high speed unit that directly multiplexes voltage, resistance, thermocouple, and strain gages. The unit allows you to maximize your measurement throughput and increase your system reliability. The module is designed for use with the Keysight 3852A Data Acquisition and Control Unit.

• Maximum switch rates: 5500 channels/second from back-plane, 100000 channels/second from ribbon cable
• Up to six (eight with extender) high-speed FET multiplexers can be controlled through the ribbon cable
• The 24-channel multiplexers switch high and low only. Each floating input is balanced (equal impedance between high-to-chassis and low-to-chassis) to provide good common mode rejection
• FETs have no mechanical limitations, as there is no wearing out due to switching
• Maximum input voltage: Rear and back-plane input protected to 16 V peak. With analog back-plane disconnected from multiplexer, the back-plane voltage can go up to 42 V peak
