Description
The Keysight 4470B is a used Transistor Noise Analyzer. The Keysight 4470B Transistor Noise Analyzer accurately evaluates transistor noise voltages, noise currents as well as providing a direct measurement of noise figure. Complete flexibility is provided for the measurement of all three functions including application to both bipolar and field-effect transistors. The Analyzer performs “spot” frequency measurements at 9 frequencies between 10 Hz and 100 kHz. Voltage noise ranges: 3 nV to 3 ?V f.s. in 7 ranges. A wide range of current control and internal source resistance’s can be implemented. The instrument includes a large mirrored backed meter for easy viewing.
