Keysight (formerly Agilent T&M) 4271A Digital LCR Meter

The 4271A Digital LCR Meter features automatic high speed measurements of low value L (1000 nH-1000 ?H), C (10 pF-10 nF) and R (10 ohms-10 kohms) components at 1MHz. Dissipation factor or conductance is also measured. The 4271A has a basic measurement accuracy of 0.1% to 1.2% with minimum resolution of 0.1 nH, 0.001 pF or 1 mohm. Four-terminal pair measurement technique is used to reduce errors due to electromagnetic coupling of leads as well as reducing residual inductance or stray capacitance.
