Description
The Keysight – HP 4191A RF Impedance Analyzer offers 1 MHz to 1000 MHz variable test frequencies covering the UHF, VHF, and video bands, with auto sweep capability. This unit measures 14 parameters, offers 4.5 digit resolution, and includes versatile easy to use test fixtures. An internal dc bias supply with auto sweep function covers the voltage range of ± 40 V in 10 mV steps. HP-IB comes standard.
