The Keysight 3776A is a used PCM Test Set. tThe Keysight 3776A is designed for CEPT/CCITT compatible networks. The Keysight 3776A has 30/31 channel voice test capability. The VF & PCM interfaces allow multiplexers to be tested to CCITT recommendations G.712 to G.714.
