The Advantest TR5835 is a used Pulse Jitter Counter. The TR5834/5835 Pulse Jitter Counter is a time measurement counter which, in addition to ordinary counter functions that measure pulse width and period in the display resoultion of 1 ns/100 ps, simultaneously provides a function to discriminate signals with high accuracy, and another to statistically process measurement values.
