- Phasing tester for detecting phase to phase voltage to test high-voltage fuses, check for correct phase connections, and to test for the absence of voltage on de-energized lines or apparatus
- LED lamps clearly indicate six different voltage ranges
- Consists of two 1092mm (43 in.) fixed-length poles with hand guards connected by a 1372mm (54 in.) insulated cable
- Measures voltage from 4.16 to 34.5kV
- Spans up to 2m (7 ft.) to connect two phases under test
