Description
The 16048D test leads extend the measurement port with a 4-Terminal Pair configuration. It is provided with a BNC female connector board to allow the attachment of user-fabricated test fixtures.
Frequency range is dc to 15MHz, DC Bias is -300 V to +300 V. 1.89 m in length with BNC connectors.
