The hp 8660a Requires the HP 866xx Series RF and Modulation plug-in sections.The Keysight 8660A Synthesized Signal Generator Mainframe is capable of 10kHz to 2600MHz frequency coverage and offers the versatility to cover many applications.

• Reference oscillator:
  • Internal: 10 MHz quartz oscillator
  • External: Rear panel switch allows operation from 5 MHz or 10 MHz frequency standard at a level between 0.5 and 2.5 Vrms into 170 Ω
• Frequency range is RF plug-in dependent:
  • With 86601A: 0.01 – 110 MHz (resolution 1 Hz)
  • With 86602B: 1 – 1300 MHz (resolution 1 Hz)
  • With 86603A: 1 – 2600 MHz (resolution 1 Hz at CF <1300 MHz, 2 Hz at CF ≥1300 MHz)
• Remote programming functions: All front panel frequency and output level (and most modulation functions) are programmable

  • With 86601A: >50 dB
  • With 86602B: >45 dB
  • With 86603A: >45 dB with CF <1300 MHz, >39 dB with CF ≥1300 MHz
