The Boonton 1020 FM/AM/PM Signal Generator is a fully programmable spectrally pure source of RF power at a precise level of low distortion and wide-band modulation for fast and automatic testing of receivers, amplifiers, filters, mixers, and other components.
Frequency sweeps on the 1020 include analog fixed (five ranges), analog variable, and digital sweep. Included, is ability to store and recall up to 250 complete front panel set-ups from a non-volatile memory plus IEEE 488 GPIB interface.
Frequency range is 150.000 kHz to 539.999 MHz
RF output of -146.9 dBm to +7 dBm (+13 dBm with AM) to 540 MHz
Resolution is 0.1 dB
Modulation includes FM, AM, and phase modulation.
