Description

The 5328B is a 9-digit, programmable Universal Counter suitable for benchtop and system automation. Option flexibility makes matching units to system requirements easy. Standard measurements include frequency A, period A, period average A, time interval A to B, time interval average A to B, ratio B/A, and frequency C. Option 010 adds a high stability time base. Option 031 adds a 1.3 GHz C-channel. Option 020 adds a digital voltmeter. Option 040 adds expanded gpib control.
