The Keysight 5316A is a programmable 100 MHz Universal Counter offering impressive performance in a compact package. Notable features include time interval averaging to 10 ps, low frequency resolution of 7 digits per second of gate time, IEEE-488 interface, and 100 MHz A and B channels. Standard measurements include frequency A, period A, ratio A/B, A by B, totalize, time interval, and time interval average. Option 003 extends frequency measurement range to 1 GHz and will also measure pulsed rf to widths as narrow as 60 ms.
