The Keysight 1662AS is a refurbished 64 Channel Logic Analyzer that has 100MHz state speed, 64 data channels and four data/clock channels; The Keysight HP 1662AS has both HP-IB&RS232C interfaces. Measurement data is displayed as data listings and waveforms, and can also be plotted on a chart or compared to a reference image.
