The Keysight 4260A is a reconditioned Universal Bridge. The HP / Keysight 4260A Universal Bridge is easy to use, quick to set up and makes for fast measurements. It uses mechanical digital readout for RLC and has handy direction indicators.

- Internal oscillator is 1 kHz sine and an External oscillator input is on the rear panel.
