The Keysight Agilent 54853A and 54855A Infiniium oscilloscopes provides full real-time bandwidth of up to 7 GHz and are supported on every channel by the 20 GSa/s sample rate.
This industry-leading sample rate produces more accurate and repeatable measurements, avoiding measurement error and signal alliasing due to under sampling of the waveform. The innovative InfiniiMax probing system supports even the most demanding mechanical access requirements without sacrificing performance.
