The Agilent HP 8013B, Pulse Generator, has a well-composed layout of the front panel controls (horizontal controls for horizontal parameters, vertical controls for vertical parameters) that enables output pulses to be set up quickly and accurately with minimum risk of incompatible settings.

For increased versatility, two outputs are featured providing simultaneous pulses of opposite polarity plus a switchable internal 50 ohm source! Transition times are fixed at 3.5 ns and pulse width is continuously adjustable from less than 10 ns to 1 s.
