Laboratory Calibration Service — Tra-Cal is an ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Certified Lab, and is fully ISO-9000 Compliant. We offer 3 levels of NIST traceable standards (Manufacturer Standard, ANSI-Z540, and full ISO 17025:2005) to meet your specific quality data and cost needs.

OnSite Services — We provide OnSite calibration service. We travel to your facility, establish the remote calibration site, ensuring ample time for our precision references to reach steady-state stability. We deliver high quality work while working with your technical team to ensure minimal downtime to your operation.

Equipment Management — We can help you manage your fleet of test equipment, and the associated ISO quality and traceability data. We can assist your inventory tracking, data management, and calibration scheduling needs.

Instrument Repair — We service most brands of test and measurement equipment. We maintain extensive manufacturer documentation on current and legacy equipment, and have the capability to diagnose and repair to the electronic component level. This benefits our customers by keeping valuable equipment in operation, for a greater equipment utility at a better life cycle cost.

Engineered Retrofit Programs — For popular equipment that has a key weakness, we have successfully engineered design retrofits, which enable greater use and longevity of the instrument. One example is the current Agilent Analyzers with end-of-life CRT’s. We have a flat screen LCD panel, custom designed to retrofit your analyzer, making it usable for years to come.
